This is a translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Who we are

Maestro Piano is provided by , tax number (NIF) , registered office at . Contact: .

2. The service

Maestro Piano is an app for learning the piano, available on the web, iOS and Android. The free version includes the free-play piano, the first unit of the course and a set of starter songs. The Premium subscription unlocks every feature. Song packs are one-off purchases.

3. Premium subscription

4. Song packs

Song packs are one-off purchases at the price shown in the app store, with no renewal. They are linked to your store account (or to the web purchase ID) and you can recover them on any device with “Restore purchases”. Packs work with or without a Premium subscription.

5. Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts you normally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason (Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014). Because this is digital content supplied immediately, when you buy you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 17 of the same decree). During the free trial of the subscription nothing is charged and you can cancel at no cost.

6. Content and rights

The songs included are public-domain works, traditional tunes or original exercises, in our own arrangements. The piano sound uses the Salamander Grand Piano samples by Alexander Holm (CC-BY 3.0 licence). You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any MIDI files you import; those files stay only on your device.

7. Use by minors

Children under 13 may only use the app with permission from a parent or guardian, who is responsible for its use and for any purchases. We recommend turning on the store's parental controls.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the app available and free of errors, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021).

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can file a complaint in the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book. For consumer disputes, you can turn to the alternative dispute resolution body: . More information at www.consumidor.gov.pt.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
